Registration
Participation is open to all persons interested in radiopharmaceuticals and radiopharmacology. Those who wish to attend the Symposium should register via this website.
Please note that all persons intending to attend the Symposium must register, including oral and poster paper presenters and Chairpersons.

* If you are interested in joining the Society for Radiopharmaceutical Sciences please indicate your interest on the conference registration form and $175 of your registration fee will go towards joining the Society for the 2006 membership year.

Student Bursaries
Interested students and Post Doctoral candidates may apply to the
organizing committee for support to attend the meeting.
Student and Post Doctoral Registrations
To be entitled to a Student and Post Doctoral Registration you must do the following:
Include a letter with your registration from your mentor or supervisor stating clearly that you are a full time student.
Without this information, the full registration fee will be charged.
Payment of Fees
Payment may be made by with Mastercard and Visa only. Please note all transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to “Center for Conferences”. Should you require an alternate payment arrangement, please contact

Note : If you require prior invoicing for payment of registration fees, please register well in advance to meet the required payment deadline.
Acknowledgements
Your registration and payment will be acknowledged with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form.
Letter of Invitation
On request, the Organizing Committee will send a letter of invitation to participate in the
Symposium. Such an invitation is extended specifically to assist participants to obtain travel funds or appropriate visas and does not imply any commitment on the part of the Organizers to provide financial support. Please contact
Timothy Tewson (timothy-tewson@uiowa.edu) to request a letter. The letter will be forwarded to you with confirmation of your registration.
Insurance
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that at the time you register for the Symposium and book your travel you take out an insurance policy of your choice to cover any and every eventuality. The Symposium Managers cannot take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Registration Fees
Before April 15th, 2005 will incur a $100.00 cancellation fee.
Before May 15th, 2005 will receive a 50% refund of fees paid.
After June 1st, 2005 there will be no refunds.
Accommodation
All hotel cancellations should be made directly with the hotel with whom you have made your reservation. All hotel cancellation fees should be addressed to the property holding your reservation.
